24 HOUR CARE
We provide a team of carers who offer 24 hour care 7 days a week. A round the clock intensive service to meet the needs of our clients.
We can prepare, cook and serve meals and drinks in your own home from tea and biscuits to a Sunday roast.
MOBILITY AND TRANSFERS
We can support you with any transfers that you require assistance with, all our staff are fully trained manual handlers and can use the wide range of equipment such as mobility hoists, stand aids and ross turntables, etc. Where more than one carer is required we have very experienced double-up teams which provide support wit consistency and reliability. We work closely with yourself and other professionals in the community to ensure we follow any correct instructions.
We provide help with personal hygiene, including bathing, hair washing and getting up, looking after you guided by the principles of care which include sensitivity, dignity, promoting independence and respect.
We will make sure we are discreet and take care of everyone: client, families and carers at this extremely emotional time. We’ll respond quickly, respecting the client’s personal beliefs, religion and values helping them live the last few days of their life with dignity.
